This article explains how to enable ForceMouse with an Elo Driver

- Note: This setting is referred to as Touch_MouseMode starting in driver version 9.0.0.
This procedure explains how to install the Elo multi-touch driver in ForceMouse Mode to use touch as a mouse instead of a Tablet device. Watch a video demonstration
Steps
1. Remove any installed Elo drivers.
2. Download the Elo 7.x or higher multi-touch driver.
3. Double-click the 7.x multi-touch driver to start the WinZip Self-Extractor.
4. Click OK to continue.
5. Make the following changes in the WinZip Self-Extractor:
b. Change the Unzip to folder location to desired location (Default location is: Users/(your user account)/AppData/Local/Temp/Sw602xxx_EloMultiTouch_7.x.x/common
c. Choose Unzip
6. After unzipping, browse to the folder you unzipped to.
- In this example we unzipped to Downloads/Elo Driver. If you did not change the default location, it will be located in Users/(your user account)/AppData/Local/Temp/Sw602xxx_EloMultiTouch_7.x.x/common
7. Go to the Common folder and open the EloOptions.ini file
8. Below the comments section, under [Setup Options], change ForceMouse=0 to ForceMouse=1
- Note: This setting is referred to as Touch_MouseMode starting in driver version 9.0.0.
9. Click File in menu, then choose Save
10. Close the EloOptions.ini file
11. Navigate back to the location of the unzipped driver files and double-click Setup.exe to launch the installer.
12. Accept the license agreement to start the installation. After installation is complete the monitor should operate in single-touch mode only.
