This article explains the ForceMouse option in the the EloOptions.ini file in the Elo driver

You can set the ForceMouse option in the EloOptions.ini file to either 0 or 1. 

• Note: This setting is referred to as Touch_MouseMode starting in driver version 9.0.0.

If set to 1, touch devices will act as mouse pointer devices.

If set to 0, touch devices will act digitizers. 

 The "Setup Options" section is used by EloSetup.exe only; entry values under this section must be set before installation.
