What is the supported video resolutions on the BackPack 4.0 devices?

IMPORTANT
There are no manual video resolution adjustments in the Elo BackPack. The above resolutions will be displayed on monitors that natively support those resolutions. On monitors with a lower native resolution, the Backpack video will display at the native setting of the monitor. Be aware, the BackPack is designed for wide-aspect ratio monitors and not standard aspect ratio monitors, therefore, if using the BackPack on a standard aspect ratio monitor, the image may look stretched or you may experiece letter boxing. If the image is not filling the entire screen, please refer to our knowledge article: Force Elo Backpack Into Stretched/Fullscreen Mode Procedure. There is an option to increase or decrease the Display Size by following the below steps:
1. From Android Home, go to Settings (gear icon), Display, Advanced, Display Size
2. Move the slider in the plus or minus direction as indicated on the screen to achieve desired video size.

* When using USB-C for video, the USB protocols will be dropped to 2.0 speeds.
