This article explains why Elo does not provide touch drivers for Android Operating Systems

Elo does not develop touch drivers for Android Operating Systems. Android operates off USB-HID to natively support touchscreens. Elo's PCAP and IR technologies work on Android OS right out of the box with no touch drivers or alignment needed. 

For customers using Elo's IntelliTouch and AccuTouch monitors, Android OS not recommended as these technologies require touch drivers to perform an alignment; however, some customers have been able to connect those technologies to a Windows PC, install the Windows driver, complete the alignment, then move the monitor to the Android system. Elo cannot guarantee that this method will work for every setup.
