Audio Adapter Overview

The Elo Edge Connect™ Audio Adapter allows you to connect standard headphones or earbuds to an Elo touchscreen device. It features a 3.5 mm TRS audio jack that supports audio output from the device.

If the adapter is not automatically detected when plugged in, ensure the device is running in speaker mode. When headphones are connected, the device should automatically switch from the internal speaker to headphone mode.

For use with Windows-based Elo devices, the Audio Adapter is compliant with USB 2.0 specifications. The Audio adapter also meets Class Specification v1.0 requirements to ensure proper functionality.

Using with Android devices is plug-and-play USB audio and is compatible with USB Class v1.0. No driver installation is needed.

The adapter fits securely into any USB Edge port, whether left, right, top, or bottom mounted, depending on the Elo model.
