Performance enhancements for PayPoint!

This new release has performance enhancements and some bug fixes.

•    Performance Enhancements for CPU and GPU utilization.
•    Ability to switch between Single core and Dual Core enabled from Peripheral Test App on Control Panel.

Key Considerations / Impact

•    To use the new features, your PayPoint devices must be updated to the latest version.
•    We have noticed that some applications run better with single core and some others on dual core. We have exposed the ability to allow customers to switch between single core and dual core.
