Resolving the "Access Blocked" Error When Signing In to EloView 3 (Post-EOL)

⚠️ EloView 3 End-of-Life (EOL) Access Notice:
EloView® 3 reached official End of Life (EOL) on September 15. All general, public Internet traffic to legacy EloView 3 servers is now blocked by default to secure the legacy infrastructure and support customer migration to EloView® 4.
As a result of this security block, un-migrated devices may appear offline, and administrators attempting to log in to the EloView 3 portal at https://manage.eloview.com/3.80.13/login will encounter an "Access Blocked" or "Forbidden" message.
Symptom & Error Verification
When navigating to the login portal (https://manage.eloview.com/3.80.13/login) from an IP address that has not been explicitly added to the EloView 3 security allowlist, your browser will display an access-blocked screen similar to the example below:
