This article provides BIOS and firmware updates for the Legacy ETT10A1 Tablets
The Legacy ETT10A1 Tablets, P/Ns: E806989, E489570 were discontinued in April 2018. These systems are no longer supported; however, below is help for updating the Tablet BIOS and Firmware to the last one that was built for those systems. The final Tablet Docking Station firmware update is also provided.
- Update the BIOS to the last one that was made for the Legacy ETT10A1 ablets: V021ALL.zip (unzip to desktop and double click to execute, it is all automated.
- Update Instructions are attached and here: BIOS update.pdf
- Update the Tablet Firmware the last one that was made: ELO-EC-V1.35.bin.zip

- Update the Docking Station Firmware to the last one that was made: ELO-EC-DS-V1.26.zed
- Update Instructions are the same as the above Tablet Firmware Update
Special Notes:
- if you are attempting updates and are using any type of USB hub device such as a keyboard with a built in USB hub or and external USB hub, these devices will not work well with the Tablet and will typically cause booting issues if connected before the Tablet completely boots up.
- Updates generally work best when connecting the USB Flash drive directly to the ETT10A1 USB port or one of the USB ports on the Docking Station.
- USB 3.0 Flash drives will not work, you need to use either USB 1.1 or USB 2.0 to boot on the Tablet.
