Troubleshooting Enrollment Issues
1. It is recommended you are running V15 or higher of the SOTI Admin Portal.
2. Make certain you have available licenses to allow enrollment of a new device.
3. Ensure your portal is configured to enroll devices as Android Enterprise and not legacy Android. If not properly configured, you may encounter issues after scanning the QR code. Please refer to SOTI article HERE.
- If you continue to have enrollment issues, please reach out to the SOTI Support Team.
4. Android 10 devices have changed from SHAR-1 certificate support to only SHAR-2 so if you have no other devices enrolled on the Android 10 platform this could be causing issues.
5. In the Add Devices Rule section, ensure you have the highlighted Enroll on SafetyNet Attestation Failure box checked. If unchecked, this can cause enrollment failures.
