Where can I find a video about Elo's manufacturing factory?
Elo Factory Video
Elo’s new state of the art facility in Suzhou, China occupies a quarter of a million square feet and includes 155,000 square feet of manufacturing space with adjacent offices and warehouses. It is home to Elo’s industry leading touchscreen solutions including AccuTouch 5-wire resistive, IntelliTouch surface acoustic wave and TouchPro projected capacitive touchscreens.
Elo has invested heavily in high-quality automated equipment to maintain control of each step of the manufacturing process. Each of Elo’s product lines are meticulously cut and edged, printed, cleaned, tested, packaged and stored within the same facility, and with the same high quality standards for which Elo has become known.
All manufacturing processes follow ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and ISO-13485 standards and employees undergo extensive training in preparing, handling, and inspecting—ensuring each product meets or exceeds its manufacturing standards.
All equipment requiring clean room operations, including screen printers, ovens, cable bonders and laminators operate within 55 thousand square feet of dedicated clean room space. All screen products, which range from 7 to 70 inches, remain in the clean room environment until tested, packaged and ready for shipping.
The facility has the capacity to grow as needed to meet customer demand—and it is growing. As Elo expanded its PCAP portfolio to include film based products to complement its flagship glass solution, production lines were added. Elo’s dedicated PCAP prototyping line ensures samples reach customers quickly.
Elo is proud to be the only company in the world that produces its own touch screens, ASICs, firmware and software drivers in-house.
Whether you need a standard product or a completely customized solution, Elo can help.
