This article explains how to reset an I-Series 4 device to EloView mode from Android Home mode

Elo I-Series 4 Android devices have two operational modes, EloView mode and Android Home mode. The I-Series 4 device can return to EloView mode by following the below process.

1. Select Settings to access Android Settings



2. Scroll to the bottom of the list and select System


3. Select Advanced



4. Select Reset Options



5.  Tap on Erase all data (factory reset to EloView Mode)



6. The device will perform a factory reset and load into the I-Series 4 Out of Box Experience where you can choose to enroll the device into EloView
