This article describes the process to subscribe (purchase a subscription) to EloView 3

Subscribing to EloView is fast and easy using EloView's "Subscription Management" feature in the EloView Portal.

Subscribing to EloView

1.    Login to the EloView website -https://manage.eloview.com


2.    At any time during your 45-Day trial period, click on Subscribe Now in the top right-hand corner of any EloView screen. Alternatively, click on AccountsàAccount Settings in the upper right corner and choose Payment.


3.   On the “Subscription Status” page, review the different Device Modes available and determine the quantities of each you wish to subscribe to. 


4.    Next, in the lower left-hand corner of the screen, click Update Plan.


5.    Update the number of licenses for each of the modes you desire in the quantity fields near the bottom of each mode description. The number of licenses entered cannot be less than the number of devices currently assigned to that mode.

 
6.    Review your choices and note the price change based upon those selections.


7.    In the bottom left-hand corner, click Subscribe to finalize your selection and continue to the payment screen.  


8.    On the “Pay with Card” screen, fill out all available fields. Once complete and a valid credit card number has been entered, click the Pay button to continue. Subscription begins immediately. Invoices will be sent to the billing contact supplied during the above process and also available for download (up to 12) from the “Subscription Status” page by anyone with Admin privileges.
