This article explains how to solve the TeamViewer server error message in EloView 3
Typically, the Server Error message is remedied by uninstalling and reinstalling TeamViewer on the device.
To resolve this message, disable Remote Control on the device's Settings tab in EloView, click Apply, wait one minute for the TeamViewer app to uninstall.
After uninstalling the TeamViewer app, re-enable Remote Control, and then wait one minute for the TeamViewer app to install on the device.
Once TeamViewer is installed, you will see the option to Launch TeamViewer Session, under the Details tab.
