This error message appears when the EloView account's TeamViewer license is invalid or expired. We recommend to check your TeamViewer's license status by contacting TeamViewer or using the TeamViewer website to determine if your license is valid.
IMPORTANT NOTE: TeamViewer Unattended access in EloView is supported for the following license types: Corporate, Tensor, Tensor Basic, Tensor Pro, Tensor Unlimited, and Free (30 days only). Be certain your TeamViewer license type is configured appropriately.
