This article lists the steps on how to apply an OTA update using USB flash drive

Instructions for Elo Android I-Series 4.0 devices.

Prerequisites:
1. Download the latest offline over-the-air (OTA) update file provided by Elo Tech Support on your computer.
2. Format a USB flash drive (a capacity of 32GB or less is recommended) as FAT32.
3. Rename the downloaded file to "update.zip" for convenience and then add to USB flash drive. Long filenames may cause an issue completing the update.

On your device:
1. Unplug the power cable.
2. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB-A slot.
3. Press and hold the "Home" button, then plug in the power cable.
4. Wait for the power LED button to stop flashing, then release the "Home" button.
5. The device will show the "Elo" logo and enter Android Recovery mode.
6. Use the "Home" button to navigate and the "Power" button to select.
7. Choose "Apply update from U-Disk" and select the "update.zip" file.
8. The device will automatically apply the update and restart.
