This article discusses why uploading a .zip file to EloView 3 isn't working

When uploading media to EloView via a .zip file, it is essential to ensure the file is properly compressed. Please refer to the examples below for guidance.

Example 1
In the first example, a 1.42 MB photo was compressed using 7-Zip. Attempting to upload this file to EloView resulted in an error message: "Please select only compressed, mp4 file."

Example 2
In the below example we zipped the same 1.42 MB photo with Winzip and there were no issues uploading to EloView.
