This article describes why a device may not showing online in EloView even though it has internet connectivity.
If your Elo device is not showing online in EloView even though it has internet connectivity, see below for possible causes.
1. Is your device in EloView mode or is it in Android Home mode?
a. If device is in Android Home mode, it will not show in EloView. To fix this, you will need to reset the device and enable EloView mode - see how here.
2. Have you whitelisted the necessary IP's and domains?
