SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Elo Touch Solutions for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Elo Touch Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for your internal business purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
• Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
• Use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for any unlawful purpose

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ELO TOUCH SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ELO TOUCH SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

5. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA.

6. GOOGLE ANALYTICS TRACKING

By agreeing to this EULA, you consent to Elo Touch Solutions collecting anonymous usage data for analytics purposes.
