SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Elo Touch Solutions for the software product identified above.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Elo Touch Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for your internal business purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
• Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
• Use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for any unlawful purpose

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ELO TOUCH SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

5. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

6. GOOGLE ANALYTICS TRACKING

By agreeing to this EULA, you consent to Elo Touch Solutions collecting anonymous usage data for analytics purposes.
