This article describes the Enterprise Reset feature in EloView 3

An Enterprise Reset will erase all existing data on the device, including any downloaded applications.

After the reset, the device will automatically begin the Auto Provisioning process to restore device settings and reinstall all required applications.

While an Enterprise Reset can be useful for resolving issues or restoring configurations, it should be used with caution, as all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

Important: Be sure to back up any critical data before performing an Enterprise Reset.
