This articles provides the process to ensure cookies and user data is cleared for EloView 3 WebApps
Please follow the below steps to clear cookies and user data in EloView WebApps:
1. First, after logging into the EloView portal, choose Content at the top of the page.
2. Next, select your WebApp from the App library. Click edit and scroll down until you see Browser Settings.
3. On the Home Page Timeout dropdown, choose the timeout interval that EloView will wait before clearing data.
4. Then, select both check boxes to the right (Clear Cookies and Clear User Data) before clicking Apply to save your changes.
5. You must then re-drag and drop this content to your devices of choice.
