This article explains how to disable Device Port Locking in EloView 3

In the “Devices” section, click the appropriate device to configure. 



Alternatively, click the Settings icon next to the appropriate group. Choose the Peripheral Configuration tab. Click Edit. Click the ports that need to be unlocked. Click Apply when finished.
