This article explains how to download device logs from within EloView 3
1. Log into your EloView account at https://manage.eloview.com
2. Ensure the device in question is turned on and has a stable network connection
3. Click on the Devices tab in the top right of the screen.
4. Locate the device you wish to pull logs from
5. Click on the device name of the correct device.
6. Click on the Software tab
7. click Upload Logs to begin the device process of uploading logs to the EloView portal.
8. You will then be prompted to select either a time frame for the logs or all logs. For troubleshooting purposes, 'All Logs' is recommended.
9. You will need to refresh the page after a few minutes to see the 'Logs Available' button. Click on 'Logs Available' to show a list of the available logs.
10. Choose the most recent logs available and click on Zip
11. The logs will begin downloading.
12. When the download is complete, double click on the zip file to open it for view.
**Use notepad or another text viewer to view the logs.
