This article describes Sideloading, another method to upload applications to Elo Android devices in EloView 3

You can also sideload applications. From the device list, click on the appropriate device.


Choose the Settings tab and click Edit.


Enable the “Auto Play” setting.


This will allow the device to automatically install apps via a USB key placed in the device’s USB port. On the device, access the Control Panel button by pressing the and buttons at the same time. Enter the Control Panel password; by default, the password is “1elo” unless it was changed in EloView. In the “Apps” area, click the Install Local App button. Click Yes to install the app. The application will automatically run after installation.
