This articles explains how to remotely view a device's screen within EloView 3

Using EloView, you can view a near-real time screenshot for any managed device, which is helpful for determining content status.

Find the device you wish to view the screenshot of and click on it. The screenshot will be on the lower left side of the device's Details page. 

This is called a Device Screenshot.
