How do I troubleshoot Android Navigation Bar feature if the Home Button is unresponsive in EloView 3 (EV3)?

This article describes how to troubleshoot Android Navigation Bar feature if the Home Button is unresponsive in EloView 3.

In addition to switching on Android Navigation Bar, Home Button must also be enabled. By default, enabling Android Navigation Bar will also enable Home Button.
