Executive Summary
This document highlights the steps required for a user to deploy AirWatch using EloView.

Prerequisites
Devices must be online, provisioned to an EloView account and updated to the latest OTA version. Please reference our Support Site for additional details on these processes.

Process
1)  There are two primary components required to successfully integrate AirWatch with an EloView-enabled Android device.

After obtaining the necessary AirWatch files from VMware/AirWatch via your MyVMware Portal , these resources can be uploaded to EloView to easily stage/deploy to devices and groups. Below are examples of APK’s provided by AirWatch. The names and quantities of the files may vary slightly from the ones that were provided to you.

2) Upload all AirWatch files individually to EloView , click the AirWatch Agent in the Contents section and be sure to select the “Show on App Page” box.

Next, create a Bundle App .
Set the AirWatch Agent APK as the foreground app and any additional apps as background – all configured to RUN

3) From the EloView Portal (Contents) drag and drop the newly created AirWatch bundle to your device(s) or device group(s).
 
EloView will deploy the bundle to the device and install each app specified. When complete, the “Welcome to AirWatch!” enrollment screen will be visible on the device.
 
4) Once device enrollment occurs per VMware/AirWatch-provided steps, the process is complete. You can deploy and manage content using EloView or via AirWatch (depending on your account’s capabilities).
