Why am I unable to show an embedded YouTube video with EloView 3 (EV3) browser?

This article explains why some users may be unable to show an embedded YouTube video with EloView 3 browser

Please see the information below to show an embedded YouTube video with EloView 3 browser.

Use CrossWalk (Xwalk) browser (instead of Native) and make sure it is up to date.  

Check currency of browser by double-clicking on URL icon in EloView portal. Click Edit. 

In resulting details look for a message about the WebApp update in Advanced Features.  Update if available; data reset unit to load new version.
