This article explains how to remotely reboot a device from the EloView 3 Portal
See steps below for how to remotely reboot a device in EloView 3.
Devices can be remotely updated from the device’s menu.
- Select the settings tab.
- From the setting tab, a device can be rebooted, reset, and deleted. For the purposes of rebooting select 'Reboot Device'
- You will then be asked to confirm the reboot. Select 'Yes'. Your device will reboot.
