See below information on what to do if an Android Wizard shows a lock screen on the device.
If your Android device resembles the image below. This indicates that the device FPR ( Factory Reset Protection) option has been enabled.
To gain access to your device, you will need to enter the gmail address or phone number that is linked to your device.
