To find the MAC address for an Elo device, use the EloView Control Panel to access the Android Settings.

Locating the Mac Address for a Device

1. On the device itself, access the Control Panel by pressing the <>Home and <>Power buttons at the same time. 

• Enter the Control Panel password
  • Default password is “1elo” unless you changed it in EloView
    
    
    
    2. Click Apps
    
    
    
    3. Click Settings
    
    
    
    4. Scroll down and click About Tablet
    
    
    
    5. Click Status
    
    
    
    6. Note the device MAC Address
