This article provides steps for enabling Multi factor Authentication (MFA) in EloView 3
It’s not uncommon for companies that store sensitive information, such as financial institutions, to deploy an additional layer of security beyond passwords. For example, when you try to access your bank account from a computer or phone app, the bank may text or email you a one-time temporary code that must be used with the password to gain access. This is known as multifactor authentication or, more-commonly, two-factor authentication.
When enabled, EloView will require multifactor authentication when performing specific tasks within EloView, such as content deployment, device reboots, and enterprise resets. EloView supports the following multifactor authentication programs:
Google Authenticator
Authy 2-Factor Authentication
FreeOTP Authenticator
Microsoft Authenticator
