This article provides steps for changing the contact details displayed on the device placeholder screen in EloView
Starting in December 2019 with the K1 release, an updated look to the placeholder videos displayed when devices are not actively playing assigned content is now available. Previously, this was known as "We'll Be Right Back..."
Users will note that Site Contact details are now displayed on screen. Account Admins may want to modify these details depending on whether the devices are customer-facing or employee-facing.
To change details, simply log in to EloView Portal and click Accounts Account Settings.
Next, click Edit and modify Site Contact fields to match what you want to be displayed on devices attached to the account. When complete, the changes will be applied to all devices.
