EloView now monitors device alerts and sends notification emails based on the severity of the issue.
Types of Alerts
• Daily summary emails
• Data Reset triggered from Device
• Device Reboot
• Device Network Configuration change
• Control Panel Unlock
• Application uploaded to portal
You can enable or disable email notifications for each account user.
You can also switch to the 'Timeline' view for a chonological breakdown of all device notifications within the past 24 hours.
