This articles explains how to import the EloView 3 Network Configuration CSV from the device

The steps below will aid you in importing the EloView Network Configuration CSV from the device level, not the portal.

The latest Network Configuration CSV can be downloaded from the Device--Settings tab within the EloView Portal. 
 

1. From the device, go to EloView control panel by unlocking using Home+Power.
2. Go to the Network tab.
3. Attach USB storage device having config file stored like below. Note: device can only process file specified as below.

Path at USB storage device:
EloViewApp/NetworkConfiguration.csv

4. Now click on SET FROM USB and it will process Elo network config template.
