Some customers have reported a “Content Failed to Load” error on devices that were previously working with no issues. See below for a possible fix:
1. Go into your EloView account and find the device that is having the error.
2. Uninstall the App via the Trashcan – for help, see Knowledge Article HERE
3. Perform an Enterprise Reset – for help, see Knowledge Article HERE
4. Redeploy the App
