This article provides steps on how to remove the SSD and/or RAM on the PayPoint Plus for Windows units

1. Locate the door on the back of the PayPoint Plus for Windows unit.


2. Using a small flat blade screw driver or similar tool, remove the screw cap cover.



3. Using a Philipps head screw driver, remove the door screw.



4. Open door to access the SSD and RAM modules.



5. Remove the Philipps head screw from the SSD drive and lift out.

• To remove the RAM module, push outward on the spring clips on each side and lift out.
