This article explains what to do to have an EloView 4 Device removed that is already registered in another account
From time to time we will be contacted by someone who has bought used Elo devices either from an auction or other means and are unable to register them to their EloView account due to the devices being already registered to a previous owner's account.
If you receive an Elo product which is already registered to someone else's EloView account, please send an email to EloView Support and attach a photo of the serial number on the device to show ownership. We will take the appropriate actions to contact the previous owner and try and resolve the account issue.
