ℹ Installation Overview

1. Download and extract Gen1WindowsTablet.zip to your computer.
2. Update the Tablet BIOS by extracting V021ALL.zip and running the included executable. The BIOS update process is fully automated.
3. Update the Tablet Embedded Controller Firmware by following the instructions in Tablet Firmware Update.pdf.
4. If your system uses the optional Docking Station, update its firmware using ELO-EC-DS-V1.26.zed. The same firmware update instructions apply.

⚠ Before You Begin

• Connect USB flash drives directly to the tablet or docking station. Do not use USB hubs or keyboards with built-in USB hubs during the update process.
• Use only USB 1.1 or USB 2.0 flash drives when booting the ETT10A1 Tablet. USB 3.0 flash drives are not supported for booting this system.
• Using unsupported USB devices may prevent the tablet from booting correctly or interfere with BIOS and firmware updates.
• Do not interrupt power during BIOS or firmware updates.
