Where can I find the Virtual COM port driver for Linux and IDS?

This article explains how to communicate with a large-format Elo screen from a Linux PC via MDC protocol

When attempting to communicate between a large-format Elo touchscreen and Linux via MDC protocol, you will need the VPC driver for Linux found here.
