This article explains the support of Elo products and Raspberry Pi devices

Elo does not officially support Raspberry Pi. There are no touch drivers available for that architecture. 
Most Rasberry Pi devices support full HID protocol through the USB port and can operate HID touch technologies such as Projective Capacitive (PCAP) and InfraRed (IR) without the need for a touch driver. 

Elo's PCAP and IR technologies operate off HID and do not require touch drivers, therefore, should work on Raspberry Pi systems. 

Elo's IntelliTouch, IntelliTouch Plus, SecureTouch, AccuTouch, and APR technologies all require touch drivers and are not compatible with Raspberry Pi systems.
