This article explains how to deploy and install OTA packages using Product in Workspace ONE

The Intelligent hub with OS update on non-battery device is now available in Play Store. Version 21.10.0.24



Instructions below:

1. Under Devices  Provisioning Components Files/Actions, use the "Add Files/Actions" button to create a new file/action.  When prompted, choose "Android."  In the General area, specify a name and description.

2. In the Files area, use the "Add Files" button to upload the OTA zip file.  For the download location/path, use a this wildcard - $osupdate$

• For example: $osupdate$/update.zip.

3. In the Manifest area, use the "Add Action" button to create an action (Action Type: OS Upgrade) and point to the OTA file.



4. Under Provision Product List View, create a Product.
