This article explains how to resolve an issue where the EloView 3 login URL does not function properly after a user logs out.
Issue
After logging out of EloView 3, customers may encounter a broken or unresponsive login page when using the previous URL format:
Note: Refreshing the browser does not resolve the issue.
Cause
A recent update to the EloView portal changed the login URL structure. The old session-specific login path may no longer redirect correctly.
Resolution
To fix the issue:

In your browser’s address bar, type:

Press Enter.
This will redirect you to the correct updated login page:
You should now be able to log in as normal.
