This article describes how to fix an issue where you attempt to login to EloView 3 but the URL does not work properly
A recent update to the portal changed the manage.eloview.com/x.xx.xx/login URL for existing logins. Customers may see an issue when they logout of their current session of EloView.
See below screenshot.
Refreshing does not correct the issue to allow them to login again.
To correct this, simply re-type 'manage.eloview.com' (without the quotes) in the browser and hit enter.
It will take you to the new https://manage.eloview.com/x.xx.xx/login URL.
