This article explains if Elo sells a stylus specifically for AccuTouch Resistive screens

Elo no longer sells a stylus pen specifically for AccuTouch Resistive touch screens. Since resistive technology is essentially pressing two pieces of plastic together to create a touch event, you can use any object or stylus that won't damage the screen.

The Elo IntelliTouch stylus works well on AccuTouch screens: P/N: D82064-000: STYL-TOUCHPEN-PS (Discontinued February 24, 2025) 

While the Elo PCAP stylus will work, it has a mesh metal tip which could possibly cause scratches if used on AccuTouch screens.

There are many 3rd party stylus pens to choose from that will work with resistive touch screens, such as this one from StylusMart: Item 1102-00 Pilot T1102 Resistive Touchscreen Stylus with Rubber Tip
