How to Register and Activate Collaboration Software on Elo Products

Select Elo interactive displays and computing modules include bundled collaboration software solutions, such as Oktopus Whiteboard, DisplayNote Montage, and DisplayNote Launcher. Follow the instructions below to register and activate each application using the physical license card included in your product packaging.

1. Registering Oktopus Whiteboard Software

1. Open the Elo Whiteboard (Oktopus) application located in the Collaboration folder on your Windows desktop.
2. Follow the initial on-screen prompts to launch the software activation wizard.
3. When prompted, enter the product key from the License Card found inside the accessory packaging box.

2. Registering DisplayNote Montage and Launcher

DisplayNote Montage provides wireless multi-device screen sharing and presentations, while DisplayNote Launcher delivers a secure, one-touch interface for launching meeting room applications.

1. Open either Montage or Launcher from the Collaboration folder on your Windows desktop.
2. Follow the on-screen setup assistant to begin configuration and registration.
3. Enter the unique license key printed on the included DisplayNote License Card when prompted.
