This article explains how to disable Elo Analytics Status warnings from appearing in the EloView 3 Activity logs
Physical Analytics are not currently available with EloView. If this feature is enabled the EloView activity logs will populate with a number of blank Elo Analytics Status warnings at the account and device level.
These alerts can be disabled as follows:
1. Login to an EloView account that has account settings access
2. Navigate to Account Settings under the "Accounts" section
3. Select the Settings tab
4. Click Edit
5. Toggle the Physical Analytics settings toggle to Disabled. This will disable Physical Analytics for all devices in the account and should prevent erroneous warnings from population in EloView activity logs.
We are constantly updating and adding features to EloView, physical analytics may be available again in the future.
