This article describes how to find an EloView device's admin password in EloView 3 (EV3).

I-Series 4 and Backpack 4 device have a Control Panel password and an Admin Password for granular control over access to apps and settings. The default admin password is "1elo", if that password does not work the current password can be viewed from the EloView Portal.

1. Logon to the EloView account the device is part of
2. Select the device in question from the "Devices" page
3. Click on the Settings tab
4. Click the eyeball icon to view the current Admin Password



From this screen you are also able to change the current Admin Password to a new password of your choice. Follow the above steps and then proceed with the additional steps to change the password.

1. Click the Edit button



2. Enter you desired new password



3. Click the Apply Button to save your changes
