This article describes how to resolve an issue where there is no video output from the Elo Backpack® with Google Play Services (3.0), part number E901355
Symptom: When the Elo Backpack and monitor are powered on, the monitor displays a message similar to "No signal detected."
Possible Resolution: This issue may be resolved by a firmware update to the Elo Backpack. Connect the Elo Backpack to internet and register the Elo Backpack to EloView. If necessary, then connect the Elo Backpack to a desktop monitor to see the video output from the Elo Backpack and connect to a network; otherwise, connect a LAN cable to the Elo Backpack to connect to a network. Follow this procedure to update the Elo Backpack to version 4.46.x or higher.
