This article provides information when installing an .apk in EloView3 and receiving an Error 1010, with possible solutions
An Error 1010 can occur whenever the device is trying to install an .apk that does not match with the device platform signature.
Or an .apk that is already installed on device does not match with the installing .apk.
Check for the above issues and try performing an enterprise reset to correct the error.
