This article discusses which devices are compatible with certain EloView firmware versions

A question we often are asked is "can I update my Elo Android device to a higher version of Android?" It depends on which version of Elo Android device you have. 

Currently, Elo Android devices are identified as 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 devices. See below for compatible EloView Android versions depending on which device you have.

• Android 1.0 devices, which run Android version 4.4.2 to Android 5, will only run EloView version 1.x.
• Android 2.0 devices, which run Android version 7, will run EloView version 3.x.
• Android 3.0 devices, which run Android version 8, will run EloView version 4.x.
